How do I book a session?
A.Booking a session with me is simple. Find the “contact” page at the top and fill out the form. You can also email me directly at jumpphotographyny@gmail.com. A non refundable retainer and signed contract is required to reserve your date.
What should we wear?
A.For every session I highly recommend neutral and light colored clothing but that can all depend on the location of your session. I can offer specific advice and help once you’ve booked your location and time frame for the session. General rule, always wear what you’re comfortable and confident in!
When will I receive my gallery?
A.For portraits you will receive your images in 4 weeks or less (I strive for less). Elopements and weddings are delivered within 2-4 months, but sneaks will be sent within 48 hours. This varies based on the amount of coverage you’re receiving and the season/my current workload.
Where do you shoot?
A.I have a list of locations that i can send over based on your vision for you shoot. We can work together on finding something that meets your needs specifically. I’m always down to hear suggestions as well!
How does payment work?
A.In order to reserve a date with Jump Photography, All sessions require a signed online contract with a non-refundable retainer to hold your date. The remaining balance is due the day of the session. I accept venmo for the retainer fee. Payment must be received before or at the beginning of your session in CASH.
How do we pick out photo locations?
A.I love it when clients make the experience unique to them. If you know me, you know I love to explore and go on an adventure. If you don’t know what location you want, I know some places you might love. I’m ALWAYS down to go to new locations.
Do you edit all the photographs received?
A.Yes, I edited all images to you! *NO RAW FILES WILL BE GIVEN TO CLIENTS* (un-edited) photos. You are hiring me for my editing style and trust I send all the best images.
How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer?
A.I always tell everyone the sooner the better! I typically book 12-14 months in advance for wedding photography.
Can I put a filter over your images?
A.No. I work multiple hours to create a gallery that is consistent and beautiful. As a photographer, I have my own unique style. Slapping a filter over an image(s) is hours of my work wasted and a waste of your money. If you feel that there is something you want to change about my editing, I would recommend finding a photographer that best fits your style!
Do you travel? Where are you based?
A.I’m based in Bainbridge, NY and I love to travel!
