Chase Wedding
There’s something extra special about backyard weddings and I absolutely adore them! Chris &. Amber said “I do” with their closest loved ones at their gorgeous homes in Newark Valley, NY. These two met in 2018 and it’s been chemistry ever since. It was a beautiful day celebrating their love and family! They had such a beautiful setting with the field in the background for the perfect scenery for their wedding. Amber and I are actually sisters so I was very honored to capture her day for them. You may be asking why is her sister taking the photos? Well they actually did a no bridal party, It went so smooth and stress-free for the bride and groom. It was perfect because the setting was just focused on them throughout the entire ceremony and reception 10/10 recommend.
Their wedding was sentimental in all the right ways and I loved it! From getting married in the yard of their home to sharing the first touch. Andrew Wells Film was there with me to capture their day and we enjoyed wandering around the property following the sun to get the best portraits of the couple. Christophers grandfather (Jim Chase) and son (Landon Carter) walked Amber down the aisle to meet her other half Chris at the altar. Their pastor (Andy DeForest) led a beautiful ceremony which led into the most relaxed and laughter filled reception! I loved their vows to each other.
After Chris & Amber said “I DO” and became Mr. & Mrs. Chase, they had the BEST night of their lives celebrating with all their loved ones! I love how the whole day was simple, laid back and truly focused on the couple! I had so much time for photos and everyone just relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful evening celebrating Mr. & Mrs. Chase! The food and dessert were absolutely amazing, I wanted to go back for seconds!
One of my favorite memories of the big day was when Amber’s mother (Michelle DeForest) surprised Chris and Amber with a beautiful song to sing in front of everyone. The whole wedding enjoyed it, such a fun thoughtful gift for the bride!! Another favorite memory would have to be her daughter (Brielle Chase) trying on her mamas wedding dress and getting her picture taken in it.
Chris and Amber are some of the sweetest and most genuine people, they make everyone feel loved around them and you can see how all their loved ones were so excited to get the chance to pour some of that back on them! There was laughter and smiles and happy tears throughout the whole night some amazing memories were made that will be cherished from years to come!
